We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

In their original packaging
Free from damage, alterations, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items

Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items of equal value.
If the replacement item costs more, the price difference must be paid before shipment.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun on custom or made-to-order items.
